HeatWave by Security Plus is a high quality, high grade
Oleoresin Capsicum (O.C.). Security Plus is a well
known brand that has been on the market for over seven
years. Security Plus understands customer's needs and
applications of use.
A wide variety of sizes and colors are available. Two
different O.C. solutions are available. Each have a 2
million Scoville Heat Unit rating. The difference is the
fluid consistancy and ability to stick. 10% is great for
humans with smooth skin. The 15% is recommended for
animals with a thick fur. Since animals do not have
sweat glands, a thicker solution helps keep the spray
from dripping off away from the nose and eyes. The 15%
O.C. will NOT make a human go blind or cause permanent
damage. Speaking from experience... pepper spray is HOT!
It does hurt. Effects last approximately 20 - 45 minutes.
Plenty of time for you to get to a safe place and notify
authorities.
HeatWave Key Chain
This is the 1/2 oz. Molded Key
Chain Pepper Sprayer. The case
comes in a variety of colors and
is made with ABS plastic. The
case has a plastic belt clip built
right onto it and also comes
with a matching Quick Key Release.
This unit sprays 6 - 8 ft. The 1/2
ounce canister holds 14 one second
bursts and is replaceable.
