You can buy your required OSHA training courses individually or in bulk. You can start, stop and resume your online training from any connected device within one year of purchase. Upon completion, you will be mailed your certificate and wallet card.
How long do I have to complete my OSHA course?
Individuals have 180 days to complete training from the start of the program and receive an OSHA course completion card upon finishing. IMPORTANT! The clock starts ticking the moment you register your course so be sure you finish it in 180 days or it will expire!
When does the learner get their OSHA card?
It can take from 4-6 weeks to receive your completion card. If you haven’t received your card after 6 weeks, you can call 1-800-447-3177 option 2 and then option 2.
Where do the emails come from?
Look for an email from notifications@onlinelearning-safetynow.bridgeapp.com to activate your account and set up your password.
How do I start training?
Once you are assigned the OSHA training course you will receive an email with your login information to the online training for OSHA 10 or 30. Watch for an email from notifications@onlinelearning-safetynow. bridgeapp.com.
Once you have logged in, you can go to the Learning section and start your course.
The course will load two windows – be sure to keep them both open! One will ask you for your information. This is necessary and will ensure you get your completion card once you have passed the course.
You are required to complete each section so be sure to watch for any incomplete alerts – you need to complete it all before you can finish or take the exam.
Are there limits on how much I can do in a day?
OSHA has issued a new policy that limits all OSHA Outreach Training (classroom and online) to a maximum of 7.5 hours training per day in all OSHA courses.
Are there any Program Jurisdiction Restrictions?
Important! OSHA has also issued a new policy of Program Jurisdiction Restrictions. Outreach Training Programs are now limited to OSHA Jurisdiction only. Student course completion cards can only be issued for students within U.S. jurisdiction (the 50 States and certain U.S. Territories)
What if I buy an OSHA credit but don’t use it right away?
No problem – as long as you haven’t registered and started the course, the 180 day time frame hasn’t begun.
What if I buy an OSHA credit and the employee I wanted to take it leaves my organization?
As long as the employee that the credit was originally purchased for hasn’t registered their learning yet, we can update the learner information for you. Please contact our customer service department at 1-800-667-9300 so we can update the learner information. Please note there is a $20 charge for changes to the account.
I’m getting a “missing key” error while using the Safari browser.
Unfortunately, there is a known issue with the OSHA courses and Safari – but it’s an easy fix! Download this pdf file for instructions on how to update your settings to clear the missing key error.
There are a few types of training when it comes to safety. By far, the most common type of training is Instructor-Led, although you may not know it by that name.
Any time someone is standing in front of a group of people and training them, that is Instructor-Led Training, or ILT. This could be a toolbox talk, a class, or a safety talk. Regardless, the key is that an instructor is presenting material to a group of people.
ILT is useful for delivering short, meaningful training on a regular basis. This is compared to e-Learning, which is more useful for autonomous training, yearly compliance training, etc.
At SafetyNow ILT, our philosophy is to create articles, Meeting Kits, videos, puzzles and games, and more, to help you deliver memorable training without spending hours creating it.

Safety Talks (Meeting Kits) are compilations of material used for instructor led training (ILT). They include a PowerPoint, a handout, a quiz, and a leader guide. They are useful for delivering short, meaningful training on a regular basis. This is compared to e-Learning, which is more useful for autonomous training, yearly compliance training, etc.
Finding Safety Talks is easy. You can find them from the home page on the main image or under the resources menu.
Once you find the Safety Talk you want to see, click on it to open it up and download or present how you like.
We’ve organized our content library in a few ways, and one of the major ones is by resource type.
You can filter these down by clicking on the filters on the left side of the All Topics screen, as pictured below:
Clicking on the checkmark next to a Topic, Type, or Industry will let you filter down to just the resources that match what you checked.
You can also get even more refined results by selecting Assign a Course (to only see online training) or Download Training.

No problem! SafetyNow makes it easy to reset your password whether you are using our Instructor Led Training site or accessing eLearning.

Simply go to the login page and click on “Forgot Password”. You will be prompted to enter your username or email. A reset password email will be sent to the email address we have on file.

SaetyNow eLearning (Bridge) will email you a ‘Reset Your Bridge Password‘ link. Check your junk mail folder if you don’t see it. Click “Reset My Password” button
Create a New Password
- Enter a new password
- Confirm the password
- Click the Save button
Yes! We know that you can’t always be attached to your computer.
As an SafetyNow ILT member, you can download the content and tools to use as you need. Most items have a download option to make it easy for you to get the material you need.
Some tools will offer both a PDF or Word Doc option so you can either use the material as is or edit it to suit your needs. You can also download and modify PowerPoints in any way you need.
